Bass Guitar - Kenny Kinzler didn’t exactly grow up with a bass in his hands—but once it found him, there was no turning back. At 19, his sister changed the musical trajectory of his life by buying him his first bass guitar!

Not long after, Kenny dove headfirst into the local scene, learning the ropes in a scrappy garage punk band with his buddies out in California’s Inland Empire. It was loud, fast, and a little chaotic—exactly the kind of energy that hooked him for good.

Ask Kenny what music means to him and he won’t hesitate: it’s central to his life. He draws inspiration from all types of music, always chasing whatever sound moves him and keeps things fresh.

These days, Kenny loves playing with The Rogue Runners, our band he says is all about good times and great memories! There’s something special, he’ll tell you, about playing music that makes people smile, sing along, and feel like they’re right back in their best moments.

“Few things make me happier,” he says. “It feeds my soul.”
